Sepulveda between Ventura and Burbank Boulevard carries the traffic that has just left the 405.

Serious trauma from Sherman Oaks is taken to Providence Cedars-Sinai Tarzana Medical Center or, for the worst injuries, to Northridge Hospital or over the hill to Cedars-Sinai. Valley Presbyterian in Van Nuys is the other close option.
