Topanga Canyon Boulevard itself, from Ventura north to Victory, is one of the Valley’s worst roads for rear-end and side-swipe crashes. Victory Boulevard and Canoga Avenue through Warner Center carry office traffic at commute speed.
Pedestrians are hit crossing Topanga and Ventura near the mall and The Village, and on Canoga Avenue at the Orange Line station. The winding streets south of Ventura, up toward Mulholland, are where cyclists come down fast and drivers pull out of driveways.
