Devonshire Street from Balboa east to Woodley, and Zelzah Avenue past the high school, are where the rear-end and turning crashes happen.
Pedestrians and cyclists are hit around Granada Hills Charter High School on Zelzah Avenue at the beginning and end of the school day, and on Chatsworth Street’s shopping stretch. The steep streets north of Rinaldi, toward O’Melveny Park, are where cars come down fast.
